WWII GERMAN ARMY GENERAL BADER'S 1930'S PRE WAR NAZI HUNTING ASSOCIATION PLAQUE

THIS UNIQUE 1930's NAZI SILVERED BAS RELIEF HUNTING PLAQUE IS FROM THE ESTATE OF NAZI ARMY GENERAL BADER. THE SCENE IS DEPICTED ON SILVER BAS RELIEF, A HUNTER WITH HIS RIFLE, AND HIS HUNTING DOGS STANDING NEXT TO A DEAD STAG. IT HAS A DARK WOOD (BLACK OAK) FRAME, AND MEASURES 10" BY 14 1/2". THE REVERSE HAS AN INSCRIPTION TO BADER, BUT ONLY A SMALL PART OF IT REMAINS. GENERAL BADER SERVED AS A LT. IN WWI. HE WAS PROMOTED TO GENERAL OF ARTILLERY BY HITLER IN 1937. HE HEADED THE "BADER TASK FORCE" IN SERBIA IN WWII. HE RETIRED A GERMAN HERO, PRIOR TO GERMANY'S SURRENDER.
