WWII NAZI GERMAN GENERAL OF ARTILLERY BADER'S PORCELAIN STATUE, "NAPOLEAN'S FIELDMARSHALL"

THIS BEAUTIFULLY HAND PAINTED PORCELAIN FIGURINE/STATUE DEPICTS ONE OF NAPOLEAN'S FIELDMARSHALLS WEARING HIS DRAGOON. FOUND IN ONE OF GENERAL BADER'S ESTATE TRUNKS, ALONG WITH OTHER NAPOLEANIC ITEMS HE HAD COLLECTED. NO CHIPS, NEAR MINT CONDITION. ARTIST SIGNED, "BENITO MERLI."

Bader's History:General Bader was born in 1883, he served in WWI as a Lieutenant in Field Artillery Regiment 66. In 1935 Hitler promoted him to General Major. By 1938, he became a Lt. General, and General of Artillery on July 1, 1941. From 1941 to 1943, he fought continually in Serbia. He died in Germany in 1971 and recently items of his have been released.
