WWII GERMAN GENERAL OF ARTILLERY PAUL BADER'S WWI PLATE HAS NO CHIPS. THIS FINE WHITE CHINA WITH COBALT BLUE DESIGN, MADE IN BAVARIA, IS MARKED "COBALT ECHT" ON REVERSE.

Bader's History:General Bader was born in 1883, he served in WWI as a Lieutenant in Field Artillery Regiment 66. In 1935 Hitler promoted him to General Major. By 1938, he became a Lt. General, and General of Artillery on July 1, 1941. From 1941 to 1943, he fought continually in Serbia. He died in Germany in 1971 and recently items of his have been released.
